THE MOMENT THAT COUNTS

Why am I in this desolate place?

To search for life among the dead?

To find the waters in desert lands?

To meet God face to face?

Why am I in this desolate place?

Can my life make a positive change?

By making an effort to go to church?

By getting involved in community matters?

While putting others first seems so strange?

Can my life make a positive change?

Will my desires ever find hope?

When everything seems so out of reach?

When Iím so small and whatís asked is so big?

When Iím a sinner and I ainít no Pope?

Will my desires ever find hope?

There is just one moment in every hour,

The moment that counts for the rest of the day.

Allow God to come and provide the power,

Without Him itís just another minute in another hour.
